In Sarah Kane’s “Crave,” four voices speak without context and only the most fragmentary hint of a narrative. Four different bodies occupy one life, evocative of the powerful sense of self fragmentation. The set becomes a moving entity, switching between slivers of the overwhelming agoraphobia of the big city and the claustrophobia of a bruised and battered shut-in.
